Ozarks Medical Center Hosts Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony

Ozarks Medical Center (OMC) hosted a Christmas Tree Lighting ceremony on Monday, Dec. 9 at the north entrance of the hospital.

“A Christmas tree stands as a beacon of light, symbolizing hope,” said President and CEO Tom Keller.

Mike Parrott, Chaplain Coordinator, shared the Christmas story and led guests in prayer. One of OMC’s longest standings volunteers, Norval Merrick had the honor of lighting the tree. Attendees enjoyed cookies and hot cocoa with entertainment provided by Mr. and Mrs. Marty Elmore, along with the opportunity to personalize ornaments for the tree honoring loved ones who received care at OMC.
