Birch Tree Veteran recognized by OMC Home Care

Ozarks Medical Center (OMC) Home Care recently recognized patient Curtis Patterson for his military service.  Members of his care team along with family members, surprised him with balloons and cake to celebrate Memorial Day.

A veteran of the Korean War, Mr. Patterson served in the Navy aboard the USS Southerland. He is currently retired from the U.S. Forest Service’s Agricultural Department.  Mr. Patterson and his wife of almost 70 years (Sept. 15, 2020), Elsie, have an extended family, which now includes great-great-grandchildren.
