Ozarks Healthcare Therapies to host Pediatric Yoga Class June 21
Ozarks Healthcare Therapies will be offering a safe, encouraging environment for kids to improve muscle strength, coordination, concentration, and body awareness through a special yoga class.
Yoga has been proven to help children manage anxiety, regulate emotions, boost self-esteem, and increase mindfulness. It can also help children develop discipline and reduce impulsivity.
The class will be for ages 12 and under of all abilities and will be held Tuesday, June 21, from 4 to 5 p.m. at the Willard Hunter Classroom in Parkway Center. The class is free to attend.
Please pre-register by Friday, June 17. Call 417-257-5959 or email K.Cooper@ozhcare.com to pre-register.
