Road Construction to take Place near Ozarks Healthcare’s Main Entrance; Entrance Still Accessible by Alternate Routes

The City of West Plains is planning to conduct road construction on a portion of the roundabout on Kentucky Ave. in front of Ozarks Healthcare’s main entrance at its main campus on Thursday, March 9. Construction will fix a portion of pavement off of the roundabout that had to be broken in order to repair a city water pipe.

Alternate routes will still allow patients and visitors to use and enter Ozarks Healthcare’s main entrance by traveling east on Fifth Street from the roundabout and west back up Sixth Street towards Kentucky Ave. and Ozarks Healthcare’s main entrance.

Parking lots in front of Ozarks Healthcare’s main entrance will still be accessible to all patients, visitors, and staff by using alternate routes. City staff will be out directing traffic the day of the construction.

The public is asked to keep watching the social media pages of Ozarks Healthcare and the City of West Plains for updates.
