Ozarks Healthcare to recognize American Heart Month with Educational Events and Free Heart Risk Screenings

Ozarks Healthcare is proud to join the nationwide efforts in observance of American Heart Month throughout February. Focused on promoting heart health and preventing heart disease, Ozarks Healthcare is offering a series of events to raise awareness and encourage proactive health measures.

Heart disease remains a leading health concern, but the good news is that early detection of risk factors and lifestyle changes can significantly reduce the risk. Ozarks Healthcare is dedicated to providing valuable resources and opportunities for individuals to take charge of their heart health.

Community Education Luncheons:

  • Feb. 16, 12-1 p.m., West Plains Civic Center, Magnolia Room, 2nd floor, 110 St. Louis St., West Plains: Dr. Hussain Ibrahim, board-certified interventional cardiologist, will be the guest speaker discussing heart care. Free Heart Risk Screenings at Ozarks Healthcare Family Medicine Locations (Feb. 19-23):

Individuals are invited to receive a complimentary heart health screening at Ozarks Healthcare Family Medicine locations from Feb. 19 to 23.
