Ozarks Healthcare to host “Her Health, Her Night;” Free Educational Dinner on Women’s Health

Ozarks Healthcare invites women in the community to attend “Her Health, Her Night,” a free educational dinner dedicated to empowering women to take charge of their health, on Monday, Oct. 27, at 5:30 p.m. in the Willard Hunter Classroom at the Ozarks Healthcare Parkway Center, located at 1211 Porter Wagoner Blvd. in West Plains.

This special evening will feature a panel of Ozarks Healthcare women providers, including Dr. Shannon Marsden (Ozarks Healthcare Family Care), Dr. Jen Lambert (West Plains Family Medicine), Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner Jennifer Rhoads (Ozarks Healthcare Women’s Health), as well as physical therapists and mammographers.

Rhoads is now certified in Menopause Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) through the Heather Hirsch Academy, giving her advanced training to guide women through the physical and emotional changes of this stage of life. Rhoads will share the benefits and risks of hormone therapy, talk about non-hormonal options, and share how personalized care to improve health, comfort, and quality of life.

Attendees will have the opportunity to tour Ozarks Healthcare’s Mobile Mammography Unit, learn about important screenings, including mammograms, explore the benefits and risks of hormone therapy and non-hormonal options, and discover ways to improve overall health, comfort, and quality of life.

Dinner and mocktails will be provided, along with door prizes and engaging conversation in a relaxed, supportive setting.

Space is limited — RSVP by calling 417-257-6735 or emailing PR@OZHCare.com
