Ozarks Healthcare Opens Willow Springs Clinic with Extended Hours During Hannah Harper Day Celebration

Ozarks Healthcare is proud to announce it will begin seeing patients at its Willow Springs clinic starting May 4, marking an exciting step forward in expanding access to care for the community. The opening coincides with a special week in Willow Springs, as the town celebrates Hannah Harper Day on May 6, welcoming visitors and residents together for a meaningful local celebration.

As part of its commitment to meeting the needs of the community, Ozarks Healthcare will extend clinic hours until 9 p.m. on May 6 and will welcome walk-in patients throughout the day and evening. These extended hours are designed to ensure both residents and visitors have convenient access to care while enjoying the festivities.

“This is more than just opening a clinic - it’s about strengthening our commitment to the Willow Springs community and ensuring individuals and families have access to high-quality care close to home,” Terence Farrell, Ozarks Healthcare President and CEO. “We recognize that community events like this bring people together, and we want to be there to support not only the celebration, but also the health and well-being of everyone involved. Our goal is to remove barriers to care and provide trusted, compassionate services when and where they are needed most.”

Patients will continue to see trusted providers, including Dr. Lori MacPherson, who currently sees patients in West Plains and has a longstanding relationship with the Mountain Grove and Willow Springs communities. Additional care team members will include Family Nurse Practitioners Carla Clinton and Theresa Ward, helping expand access and ensure patients receive timely, personalized care.

The clinic is located at 816 East Main Street, conveniently situated near downtown Willow Springs, making it easily accessible for both residents and visitors, and can be reached at 417-413-5415.

Ozarks Healthcare encourages community members and visitors to take simple precautions to stay safe and healthy during large events:

  • Stay hydrated
  • Wear comfortable, appropriate footwear
  • Be mindful of personal health conditions and medications

In the event of a medical emergency, individuals should dial 911 immediately or seek emergency medical attention.

An official grand opening and ribbon-cutting ceremony for the Willow Springs clinic will be announced at a later date.

Ozarks Healthcare looks forward to building strong relationships in Willow Springs and continuing its mission of providing high-quality, compassionate care - ensuring the community has access to the services it needs, when it matters most.
