No one will be denied access to services due to an inability to pay.
In accordance with the NHSC Site Agreement item #2, NHSC-approved sites must agree not to discriminate in the provision of services to an individual because the individual is unable to pay, because payment for those services would be made under Medicare, Medicaid, or CHIP, or based upon the individual’s race, color, sex, national origin, disability, religion, age, sexual orientation, or gender identity.
It is the policy of Ozarks Healthcare to provide essential services regardless of the patient's ability to pay. Discounts are offered based on family size and annual income. To learn more about sliding scale fees based on income please refer to 2020 Federal Poverty Guidelines
