Benefits of Virtual Walk-in Care

You’ll appreciate virtual care because it offers:

  • Convenience—Allows care from home or wherever you are
  • Faster access—Connects you with a provider quickly
  • Reduced travel—Saves time and avoids transportation challenges
  • On-demand visits—Access care virtually without scheduling ahead

When to Use Virtual Walk-in Care

To get same-day, walk-in virtual care, use your smartphone, tablet, or computer to connect with a provider for:

  • Minor illnesses or symptoms
  • Follow-up appointments
  • Behavioral health support
  • Specialty care
  • Conditions that don’t need a physical exam

Not every condition can be treated virtually. If you need an in-person exam, your virtual care provider will tell you what to do next.

*Please note current hours of operation for virtual care are Monday - Friday, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.*
